Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also should be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please contact us at service@sampaculture.com and provide a clear photo of the piece. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address. After we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will issue your refund.

All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
