Yes. We are committed to providing high-quality items and service. All purchases come with a 90-day warranty. If your item breaks within 90 days of purchase due to a quality-related defect, we will provide either a full refund or complimentary repair service, at your preference.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund.

Please note: shipping costs, duty fees, and VAT are non-refundable.

We accept PayPal. If you pay with a credit card, you do not need a PayPal account to pay — simply select the PayPal option at checkout and enter your credit card details directly.

Because our orders are processed very quickly once submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel an order, or make changes to the shipping address or method, after it has been placed. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you are welcome to use our 15-day return window.
